Shipping Policy

Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.

Shipping Methods & Costs We ship from the UK using trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

International customers in the USA & Canada will be charged duties at checkout to ensure easy entry at customs.

Estimated Delivery Times

UK: 2–5 business days
Rest of World: 7–21 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier issues outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@critcraftchaos.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
