As the Crit in CritCraftChaos, Tonni is the mastermind behind campaigns that somehow manage to keep up to six wonderfully unpredictable players moving in roughly the same direction. Equal parts storyteller, referee and world-builder, she’s happiest weaving intricate plots, memorable NPCs and the kind of moments your group will still be talking about years later.

A lifelong lover of all things geeky, roleplaying has always been at the heart of Tonni’s world. Whether she’s running a D&D campaign or throwing herself into LARP, she loves stepping into new worlds and helping others lose themselves in them too.

Creativity has shaped her career as well as her hobbies. Having spent years working in tattoo studios, she’s always had an outlet for the beautifully chaotic ideas that live in her imagination. That artistic eye now finds its way into the designs and products we create, adding character, detail and just the right amount of fantasy.

When she’s not behind the DM screen, you’ll often find Tonni plotting her next move in Ticket to Ride or quietly setting up the perfect play in Munchkin. Don’t let the calm exterior fool you though. Around the table, she’s often the silent danger. By the time you realise she’s been working towards a plan all along… it’s usually too late.

That love of adventure doesn’t stop at the tabletop either. From growing up with Crash Bandicoot to spending thousands of hours exploring the worlds of Baldur’s Gate 3 and countless other RPGs, gaming has always been a huge part of Tonni’s life. She loves rich stories, unforgettable characters and diving deep into every corner of a game’s lore, usually long after everyone else has rolled the credits.

After years of creating personalised products for other businesses, it felt only right to put those skills towards something much closer to home. When Katy, Megan and Tonni came together, CritCraftChaos became the perfect way to combine creativity, craftsmanship and a shared love of tabletop gaming into something they could share with fellow adventurers.

Tonni also brings a healthy dose of trickster energy to the team. As the Chaos in CritCraftChaos, Katy brings the ideas, the energy and the occasional “I’ve had a thought…” message that somehow turns into the team’s next big project. Equal parts strategist and collector, she’s always looking for the next adventure, whether that’s around a gaming table or in the world of ecommerce.

With over 15 years of experience in ecommerce, Katy has spent her career helping online brands grow while navigating the ever changing world of digital retail. From launching products to solving the inevitable puzzles that come with selling online, she’s always enjoyed finding creative solutions and making things work behind the scenes.

Outside of work, her love of all things geeky is impossible to miss.
